Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For broken parts which were the fault of Constellation Kinetics LLC, damages incurred during shipping, or similar inquiries, please contact us on a case by case basis and we can try to sort it out.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Contact us on a case by case basis. Constellation Kinetics stands by its products, and if a product (or part of a product) that you receive seems broken, missing, or otherwise unacceptable by fault of Constellation Kinetics LLC, I want to make it right. A refund can be issued depending on the circumstances of the product and its condition.
