Shipping policy

If a product is in stock, that means that I have it on hand and it is ready to ship (with the exception of possibly needing to be packaged. This includes full OneWinders. When you place your order, I will work as fast as I can to process it and get it shipped. Notification will be given on the website if I am expecting to be 'out of the office' for more than a few days at a time, or if other events occur which impact my ability to ship products in a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise, you can generally count on your order shipping within 3-5 business days.

Please note that the owner of Constellations Kinetics is very busy. It's a one person show to design, test, assemble, package, and ship every single component of every single order. The owner is also a full-time college student, works, and enjoys spending time in the mountains.
